The 4mm hardwood top layer is similar in thickness to a traditional floorboard, and being pre-finished with 6 coats of SRT coating, it's no wonder that Readyflor is the Australian Market Leader!

Heavy duty engineered wooden floors (Premium Hardwood Floor)

Our main product –heavy duty engineered wooden floors have stable 3-ply construction reduces twisting and bending by seasonal changes with less stress and movement. The 3 layer structure complements each other ensures optimum dimensional stability. Furthermore, Premium hardwood is outperforming solid wood floor by wearing scratch resistant surface to enables more durability, re-sanded and resurfaced several times.

1) Technological Characteristic
Enhance is available in a 19mm thickness, the same as solid hardwood floors. Plus, enhance floors feature an equal division about 6.5 mm hard wood which provide a more stable and durable characteristic. In addition, Enhance planks are manufactured in longer lengths and pre-finished for easier installation.

2) Structure
The top layer is a solid hardwood and is coated with six coats of scratch-resistant UV-cured acrylic lacquer for maximum durability. This layer is re-coatable and re-sandable as most conventional solid floorboards.
The middle core is grain runs hardwood layer which made from solid hardwood- the environmental small piece hardwood -giving the floor greater dimensional stability.
The bottom layer is the similar as the top layer, the grain- thickness and hardness that is same as the top layer made from hardwood,its' stabilitie and overall construction provides a durable and rigidity and workable base to ensure trouble-free installation
